A Little about us!
Steel City Havanese is located in Johnstown,PA. Originally from the greater Pittsburgh Area. We do offer travel options around the USA and world wide.
We have AKC Registered Havanese puppies. We are a small family breeder with 6 females Bella,Hope,Khaleesi,Octavia,Honey and Grace and of course our studs, Negan and Relentless. Our dogs are pets first and part of our family.
Our puppies are all home raised with both parents always on the premises. All of our dogs and puppies live in our home with us. They are all played with and spoiled by our family.
Our Havanese all have champion backgrounds and the parents are champion sired. We breed to the standards of AKC specifications to produce quality havanese puppies. We sell our puppies with limited registration but a full registration can be considered for an additional fee. All of our puppies come with AKC Registration paperwork, up-to-date veterinarian health check, a shot record with current immunizations, health guarantee, a puppy kit and a few more special items just for our adopted family.
Not Just a Pet
My name is Dustin and I have been around dogs my whole lives. My mother who had bred dogs for around 30 yrs cared,loved, and respected all animals something I inherited as well.
The greatest part of breeding to me is the happiness it brings to myself and others.The whole process of being apart of the birth to their first weeks of life is comparable to a child in fast forward.Its sad to see them grow up and leave but your happy to know they will be taken care of and loved by their new family and the joy of being apart of that for others makes me happy. I've experienced the joys that came with several different breeds pugs,great danes, boxers to name a few and as all of them have their qualities I can honestly say that Havanese have brought me the greatest happiness and love of all. Theirs nothing like having a rough day and having a Havanese stand on their back paws and dance for you to put a smile on your face, or when they put their head on your lap and comfort you while your feeling down or bring you their favorite toy to tell you that it is playtime, or when they decide to lay with you on the couch and watch TV. I have never seen a breed with so many great qualities.I would recommend a Havanese to anyone because they're not just a pet they're more like family.
